All players must have printed and signed in at 4/10 of the regular season games, in order to be eligible to play in playoffs. All players are required to bring their government issued ID to all playoff games in order to participate. Violation of these rules will result in a forfeit and will jeopardize future team participation in the league, even if discovered after the game is played.

Sub goalies are permitted in the playoffs if the team captain obtains written approval from the League office. Sub goalies must be within the skill range for the division. Use of an unapproved goalie in a playoff game will result in a forfeit loss by the team using such goalie.
